Google tells me this FWIW:

A Coin Commemorative Cover (CCC), also known as a Philatelic Numismatic Cover (PNC).

In the UK and Australia, these items are more commonly called Philatelic Numismatic Covers (PNCs). The term "Coin Commemorative Cover" is primarily the North American equivalent. Mass-market collectibles companies, such as the Westminster Collection and Fleetwood, popularized the specific "CCC" phrasing in their catalogs throughout the 1980s and 90s to distinguish these from standard stamp-only covers.

Yes... my bad on Q16... FDCs are the foundation of CCCs, which are essentially FDCs that have a coin added to them.

So, have another question.

Fleetwood Coin Commemorative Covers (CCC) are specialized philatelic-numismatic collectibles that combine a postage stamp, a postmark, and a commemorative coin or medal on a single display envelope or folder. These items are produced by the Fleetwood company, known for creating themed collectibles, often commemorating U.S. history, events, or official, non-circulating legal tender coins.

Well, I don't know if this CCC even exists, but I will guess...
1993 Fleetwood CCC with Italian Bank of Italy coin and stamp, and USA 1991 Numismatics stamp.
