I'm thinking, if they are not a circulation coin, they should be listed under NCLT or collector coins.

you're probably right Trig... that would leave only 1991 and 1993 in Europe I think...

Just made a purchase at the grocery store. $6.55. Got back a proof toonie, a proof loonie and a proof 25 cent, and 2 circulation dimes from a 10 spot. Ya....right.

Well, I only see three proof standard circulation coins in Europe, a Norway local coin (merchant token), and a San Marino Non circulating coin... I'll guess the San Marino 1993: https://en.numista.com/27144
