Numismedia don't list values for low grades of this coin.
Been offered 10bucks, whats a normal price for a lowgrade barber like this. I don't collect these it was in a lot I bought. But don't want to give it away
Is it F8 kind of neat cameo imho.

You have a quarter, not a half dollar. I would grade it VG10. Worth about $25-30 to the right buyer imho.
