I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for determining retail values for Buffalo nickel varieties such as double dies, 3 and 3-1/2 legged, doubled mintmarks, 2 and 2-1/2 feathers, etc. Thanks,

Although it is dated, Ron Pope's "Buffalo Nickels: The Abraded Die Varieties" is a great reference that I still use. It gives relative rarity and population estimates. This and auction records give a sense of rising values above Pope's guidelines from 2006.
