You can view it on traildies.com...here's what it says: DESCRIPTION: Moderate step deviation is seen under columns 5, 6, 7 and 8. Fluting line extension is seen under column 10. Also seen are trail lines from the C and T of CENT. The offset direction is 180 degrees.
DIE MARKERS: Stage "B", obverse is MDS - small die gouges are seen between the ER and above the Y of LIBERTY. Reverse is MDS - none noted.
NOTE: This die was found by B. Foster
BJ said this was an unusual cent because it had a combination of wavy steps and trails
