It's a fairly common type and looks perfectly fine to me. Struck under the authority of Antoninus Pius.

The German reads:

Faustina Major, 138-141. Denarius (3.25g), Rome. Posthumous (issue), 141-161 AD.
Obverse: DIVA FAVSTINA, draped bust with pearl diadem facing right
Reverse: AVG VSTA, goddess Ceres with long torch standing/facing forward, head left
RIC 362, RSC 10
