Got this in a big lot and can't identify it. Any help is appreciated.

It is 30mm in length and weighs 8.4g.

It is definitely a Byzantine coin, plugging in expanded data in numista, the closest coin is N#44211.
According to the numista page, is from the time period 1028-1042AD, is a Follis denomination (1/288 of a unit of currency), and they have it at 9.9g, and 32mm, made from bronze.
Obverse has the bust of Christ, and the reverse translates to Jesus Christ, King of Kings. Your measurements are consistent with a more worn down coin, as this was probably used extensively back then.
