1970 1 Cent - Flat Field Doubling On Top Of Initial Strike

I found this 1970 Canadian 1 Cent very interesting!! There looks like there was a little Die Chatter creating flat field doubling on top of the initial strike kinda creating a false double die. Normally the flat field doubling goes away from the initial strike. This coin is going in a 2x2 and enjoy the pics. I would like a little input on this one.
