There is nothing yet here either. Of course, I haven't gotten out of my PJs and have definitely not spent any cash.

Hi and Happy New Year. New collector here and this will be my first year seeing coins released with the current year. Does anyone here have any idea if there is a "release schedule" for coins? Inquiring minds want to know.

I only received 1 2024 coin last year, but I am hopeful for more 2025's this year.

Best option might be to bribe befriend a helpful bank teller who will let you know when they come in. The pennies always seem to show up first around these parts (east coast).

Good luck everyone. Finds this year will be thinner than the last.

I think you are right, Jbuck.
Would not surprise me to see only cents and quarters issued for circulation.
If demand for new coin is low enough, the Mint may start coining the sestercentennial coins instead in prep for an early 2026 release.

I remember 1975. Nasty recession year it was.

The gas station lines in 1975 ..and my dad drove a 1974 Chrysler New Yorker. I dunno did it even get 4 miles to the gallon? But, there were plenty of 1975 US coins to be had.

I have found a complete set of 2025's, including all versions of the quarters and dollars in circulation. . . . . . . . Then I woke up...
Here in the Phoenix area I don't often find current year coins until mid summer, I suspect that will be the case this year as well.

2025 cents are going to be a bit tougher to find, boys.
I do have 2 coins for 2025 already. The US Mint had a small machine at the FUN show in Orlando dispensing Ida Wells 2025 P and D quarters. Does that count?
