Hi bobby. I keep getting the black header at the bottom of the page to allow the cookies. When I see this, I know I need to sign back in. Been like this for a few days. Not a pain, just want to let you know.

The same thing happened to me a few days ago.
I was using a Firefox browser... I checked to see if the browser was up to date, and it was not.
I installed the update and had no more issues.

I also have my Firefox browser security and privacy settings as follows:
1- Firefox will "Never Remember History"
2- Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed

If you delete cookies, you'll have to sign in again. It's a cookie that keeps you signed in.

So a footer then.
Sorry I couldn't help myself.

I keep getting the same thing too.
I don't clear the cookies, it just comes up and I click on it.
Then it logs me out and I just have to log in again.

I could be wrong, but I think if you clear your cookies and cache and ensure your browser is updated it will all magically go away. I think it's a client issue not a server issue.

Way above my pay scale. I know I get scolded for still running 8.1.

A scolding is the least of your worries I would venture... Windows 8.1 support ended on January 10, 2023.

I had this happen to me a couple of months ago (?) and now it's happening to me again in the last couple of days. Doesn't seem to happen every time, but when I get the bar, click it, and I have to log in again. Once logged in, I can go to non-post pages like Tools or Members just fine, but if I go to New Posts (which is my bookmark), it logs me out again. I can reproduce this, and it took me a couple of tries to find a path to be able to comment here while still logged in. I'm using Firefox on MacOS. Edit to add: I hard-refreshed the page in here too, didn't help. Didn't clear my cache though, thought a hard-refresh would be enough.

Clear all your coin community cache and cookies and see if that helps. I still haven't seen it.

What browsers are you using? I'm wondering if you're all using the same one.

I'm still using 7 and they will have to pry it from my cold dead hands.
