Nice example of Die Chips. The neck appears to be showing a scratch. A Die Crack would be raised, not incuse.

Question:
Is Eleanor Roosevelt raised or incuse on this design?
And what do you suppose would cause the right upper portion of the "N" in Eleanor to appear smaller, narrower and mis-shapen?
