I found more concentric lathe lines on a 1955 5 cent piece . It is not as spectacular as the 1965 DDR but I guess the quality control was on holidays that day. As far as I know it is one of a kind.

This coin dose not have the lines running across the devices but dose exist on others. Tomorrow we will see a coin that dose run across the devise.

It took years to realize the 1965 5 cent was a totally different die but thanks to John and the rest of the coin members new findings are possible. This one is the large 5 and not the DDR 5 pointed bottom. There is a double KG and splitting of the left maple branch in comparison but am not sure if it is a doubled die.

Looks like it could be feeder finger error but I am not quite aware of the minting process in Canada.
