I thought this one might be easier because the C and E are pretty unique but my first pass through the DDRs failed to come up with a match. I believe this coin to be in an early die state as I am not seeing many gouges or die chips on this coin. I might have to expand my search because its possible the doubling on the middle and lower bars of the E could disappear with some die wear.
