The mint changed the date to 07/15/09 and that is just absurd. How can they make people wait so long and weren't they prepared to ship these. I'd understand if they wrote 07/15/9 right away but no they had to change the shipping date three times, it's like they don't even have a plan. They know people want these and they know that people will wait as long as they say and they are using this. As mad as I am I'll still wait for the coins. What do u think about all this?

Plus, they minted 200k sets, more than (what I thought was...) the limit of 100k sets. I think I'm going to cancel all my orders. **Seriously, this is unacceptable.  We're already paying an outrageous price for them, so why not make them! They have the machines! They have 24hr electricity! It doesn't take them that long to mint 20 million circulation coins, especially since they've had the ability to make dies since the beginning of the year. Edited by wd1040

they are just taking their time, why should they hurry and rush. Its only some hundreds of thousands of people who are waiting for these coins.

my coins say in stock and reserved and the card has been charged so I think I might get mine soon. You guys should check your order number. I think that whole backordered thing is just something automatic

You state you're mad but that you're still gonna wait for your coins, well, where is the downside for them? How many others feel the exact same way but just can't live without the latest offering? Outside of some nasty e-mails and maybe a few calls why should they worry about it?
Now, maybe if people canceled these orders and quit putting up with lousy treatment..............
