Questions About $100 2017A Star Note Low Serial

To qualify as a low serial number, it has to have at least five zeros, preferably six at the start of the number.
No premium on your bill.
One photo would have been sufficient to help save web space. No need to have four of the same.

That was my bad. Total frustration after trying to post this. I uploaded all the photos, had a full list of questions and I lost my original post somehow but the photos uploaded to my photos on here. Without too much thought into how to get those photos on a new post, I copied and pasted. I was in an all out hustle to get out the door because I had to leave, so I didnt double check before I hit post. I still don't have a whole lot of time at the moment so I will come back to fix all that I can in a bit

My question about the bill was, "is it collectable?" I don't collect or know much of anything about bills, I am however an avid collector of all things unique and historical, shiny and worn that I have found in my journey of life. I heard about $1 2013 Star notes being valuble and collectable and I know that serial numbers can be valuable to some collectors. I wanted opinions of other collectors. So any input is valuable to me! Thanks!!
