The first auction was the Heritage 2024 November 26-27 Tuesday & Wednesday US coins Select Auction. The current auction is the Heritage 2025 February 27 - March 2 Long Beach Expo US coins Signature Auction.

Thank you. That and the CAC sticker makes the same coin more saleable. More eyes on it.

The coin hammered at $13,200, almost 2.4 times the price paid in late November. Quite a nice return on that short-term investment...

If you find yourself in this sort of situation,
consider if you are buying the sticker and / or the the slab.

Hokiefan, Awesome diligence Your tracking abilities are exceptional...

Classic examples sell for Exceptional prices.

While I see this post, I am concerned that people buying into a " green bean " are Not buying just the residents inside, They Are buying the beaned Slab... Why not!!

I have been a strong advocate for obtaining raw Coins and Currency.
Along the way I have found that Value in coins are Well supported, When encapsulated in a slab vs raw in an auction setting, Not to say the raw examples will not speak for themselves outside a slab being original examples, Just Very interesting to note the results.

Here like Magic, Three months later nothing has changed Except a small green label has become attached , and sold for 2.4 times .

Would a seller Not prefer to collect all they can on the investments or Sales of their coins too. I have seen Discussions about the topic for Decades, Buy the coin, Not the slab. These results prove Me Wrong....
