I'd love your opinions on grading. There seems to be this slight streak I wanna call it. It only shows depending on how the light hits it. Its still in beautiful quality though. Its never been circulated. I hope my photos are good enough. Thanks

Special Mint Set.

In 1965, 1966, and 1967 there were no proof sets or uncirculated mint sets. Only special mint sets, which were a hybrid of the two. Not quite proof, but better than uncirculated.
