Your coin appears to be one of the many Chinese fakes available online.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

It's counterfeit. No 1959 Lincoln Wheat cent has ever been discovered but many good replicas exist.

Quote:No 1959 Lincoln Wheat cent has ever been discovered but.. There is that famous one that was indeed discovered but never graded /encapsulated by PCGS, but deemed "Not a Fake" by US Treasury Dept. No final verdict has ever been handed down on its' full authenticity. "wouldn't touch that one with a 10 foot pole" https://www.pcgs.com/news/the-myste...lincoln-cent

Quote: "This property is not guaranteed to be authentic, and is marketable as it is, cannot be returned." Well that sure would make me want to spend $31,000.........

Agree, notice that the first auction sale price of this coin in 2003 was $48,000, then 2010 auction dropped to $31,000. I think it's a hoax coin, but really as realistic as it is said to be, would most certainly had to have been created by a mint employee with mint equipment. So if something like this doesn't get graded by a big TPG, and gets rejected as "ungradable" then that's it, final word.
