With what part of the quarter that you show, I don't see anything that can't be attributed to damage.

Not saying it's worth anything but at first I thought that it was a very abused quarter. When I flipped it over a d realized that the eagle was off about a 1/8 turn from washington. That what got me wondering?

It's a very abused coin. Even if there is a slight die rotation, there is no premium in this condition.

As I said before, just a very badly damaged quarter. There's no errors, just all damage ( PMD). Just a spender.
