Hello! I found this in an auction lot.

From what I've researched, it appears to be a rare serial number (s/n). with only 30 found & reported so far.

That being said, I'd rather ask some experts (yall) to see if it's actually rare & what condition / grade yall would give it based off the pictures.

Yours is the regular FH with 10 million printed.
In that condition it is worth $1.00

It is the *FH replacement note that has value

It's the *FH replacement note prefix that is the rare one.
Your FH prefix note in that condition is worth one dollar.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
