Hi all iv received my certification but missing the country of planchet. If any1 iv ide tell me pls or any site I can do more research , will be appreciate . I think its the only certificate wrong planchet error for 1978 Canada penny . Thx in advance

From the mid 1970 to mid 1990 the RCM struck many wrong planchet penny

I just had a look at all coins on Numista with weight approx 2.7g, minted from 1975 to 1978 in Canada.
Only one comes close to weight and size. So could be this one.
