Have anyone seen this before? Missing plating on one side? The reverse is normal. Is this worth anything if its a clad error?

Yeah appears to have both clad layers intact. Obverse looks to have some sort of environment effect to it.

If it was missing the clad, it would be copper coloured.
The clad is still there, it is just discoloured.

I think that is roller line or draw bar lines, coupled with some environmental toning that accentuated the fine lines.
