How much of a rotation do you think this is and how many degrees add value? I think it's more than 15 degrees.
please bare with me. I'm trying. Please correct me if I'm doing this the hard way.

From your photos, 5 degrees maybe?

Needs to be 45 or greater to add any real premium

Still within specs, especially during the war years when quality was not a priority.
Most collectors like at least 90 degree rotation, 180 degrees is ideal.
