Check out my latest acquisitions. Please note any "Milk Spots" other spots, smudges, etc are on the holder not the coin. Though the coin is not in "perfect" condition it does look great.

Hi snitchard - nice commem! You can clean up the capsule pretty easily and it would make this look a lot better. Be careful removing the coin; use cotton gloves and do it over a soft surface. Do not lay the coin down but support it on it's edge while cleaning/drying the capsule.
