Normally the TPGs will only grant the superlative Full Steps to mint state Jefferson nickels. There are many marks in the fields that would lead me to think this coin is circulated.

That aside, the steps seem relatively straight and separated. I think that sizable knock above the E might break the lines enough to lose the FS designation. Depends on how picky a grader wanted to be. 1947 seems to have had enough full steps examples that a TPG would tend towards picky over generous.

Still a nice example of a 1947 nickel.
