Hi all. Would appreciate if anyone could let me know if this Nederlands 10ct 1980 coin has a double rim, centre off and double strike on the alphabets and numeric. Your comments and opinions will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hard to tell with current pictures, but you might have Rim Finning. I'm not seeing an Off Center strike. https://www.error-ref.com/finning/
