Does anybody have any information on the medal below? The diameter is 31.5 mm and mass 14.57 grams. Thanks!

Very nice medal, jdsstrat. Searches on Numista and Google Lens yielded no exact matches.

Thanks! I have seen others like it (you too, Hondo, I guess) with the same obverse but a different reverse - including one with the same image but ONE MILE RACE instead of RELAY RACE. So I guess they were mass produced, but by whom? where? when? Just throwing it out there...
