Do any of the CAPS Albums have labeled spaces for the 2005-2010 Satin Finish varieties?

I'm not sure, but I remember a few years ago that personalized pages can be ordered. You might find what you want in the following link.

I emailed Craig from Valleycoin but never heard back about if the albums have spaces for the satin coins. I did notice on their site that they have a State Quarter 2005-2009 album that includes satin. https://www.valleycoin.com/supplies...0-29792.html
However it doesn't look like the National Park album continues that for the 2010 releases. It's not really cost effective to do a complete custom album and if I wanted to just update the pages in the National Park one I'd have to redo all 5 pages since it's at the beginning of the album as well as the Lincoln Shield album.
From what I can tell from pictures I've found of the pages, none of the other albums include the satin variations. I could run into the problem of not having enough room in the album if I start adding them since it looks like 6 pages is the max per album.

I think my best bet would be to either make an album just for the satin coins or just leave them in the mint set and not even bother putting them in an album. I must say I'm glad they stopped doing the satin finish and wish they would have never done them in the first place. Adds to much complexity when there is a business strike and a satin finish.

If you're a CAPS album user how did you handle the Satin issue coins? Did you just leave them in their OGP? It would be nice to have them in the album but custom pages creates a cascade event all the way down the series and at $7.95 a page it adds up over all the denominations since adding some to one page messes up all the pages down the line.

I know one user on here makes his own pages with a Cricut which would be the ultimate way but that's an added cost for the machine and a big learning curve.

Preach.

I have to state that uncirculated mint set coins are different than the ones released to circulation. They are minted at slower speeds, with higher strike pressure, and given some extra care in handling at the end. This has been done since well before the satin finish debacle, which is why they must have felt it was a good idea to begin with.

That being said, it is very difficult to tell a mint set coin from a well struck early die state circulation coin, which is why it really does not matter. Adding the satin finish though, that was a step too far.

In my opinion, if you want to include them in the CAPS albums, I would considering putting them in their own pages to avoid having to customize entire albums.
