I have an example of a 2024 Zitkala quarter die clash. As with most clashes, the features are faint and mostly centralized. Most specimens show a squiggle protruding upper left from the book corner, and around Washington's ear. Sometimes there is a bit between the ponytail and neck.
That looks more like something struck the coin. I think I see a bit of metal moved on the rim, which would suggest post mint damage. However, that rectangle doesn't appear to show raised metal around the edge, so it's also possible that it is a strike through. I don't think it's a die clash, though. If it were a clash, there would almost certainly be lots of other identifiable marks from a clash that hard.
