I have two 2004 nickels Lousanna purchase that is Annealed but has patches of nickel on both sides any input?

Likely struck through a thin layer of grease. Fairly common on the nickel and clad coinage from the mid-2000s.

Probably a Struck Through Grease error.

I agree, this appears to be a Strike Through of some kind of light grease or perhaps oil.
