These are hard to grade but I would say VF20
One in that condition is probably worth $5-6.00

BTW, Upper Canada was SOUTH of Lower Canada (the names come from their position on the St Lawerence).

@siligumybear - - A lot of circulation wear and tear on this penny Bank Token, including rim damage.. Better examples can be purchased for a reasonable price. I agree with VF-20.
