1. US Military Payment Certificate - "Army Money". These are usually worth a few bucks, depending on denomination and condition. 5 cents is the smallest denomination in any series. This one is from the mid 1960s, as I recall.
2. Albania, 200 Lek, 1990s issue. Rough shape, but might still fetch a buck or so, but no real idea as to what it's worth. It may still even be valid currency, for all I know.
3. & 4. Indonesia, 5 Sen and 1 Sen respectively. Very common and worth very little -- I've even seen them given away as cereal premiums.
G'day, in Indonesian currency, 100 Sen = 1 Rupiah. Due to long-term high inflation, the smallest note which now circulates is 1000 Rupiah. And, last time I was there, in 2007, the exchange was was 8,800 Rupiah = US$1.00. I'll be going there again in June: counting the days ... Peter in Oz
