its pretty easy to grade this one. too many marks for a 64 and much better than a 62 only leaves one grade MS63.

keep in mind that N.O. minted coins between 1886 and 1897 are well known for soft strikes, 98 and above are typically above average to sharp and below 86 pretty much average strikes. since strike is one of the components in grading its good to understand this when looking at them. yours is average for an 82
