I would like to know what this is. Where its from and how much its worth. It is about the size of a dime and very thin.

This is a silver stuiver from the Netherlands, provincial coinage of the Province of Groningen en Ommelanden.
It is a type which was struck from 1738 to 1765. It is in Krause as Netherlands/Groningen en Ommelanden/ stuiver KM#55, weight 0.81 gram; fineness of silver 0.583

That is the word the Dutch use for these kind of coinage. 1738 km 82, 0.5830 silver, 0.8100.g

Nasty scar, price in this condition abroad in between 5 and 10 USA $, in the Netherlands it self in between $8 and $ 12.

Very nice coin.Congratulatiions.I have a few in silver also from around the same date but from Hollandia , Zeelandia and Frisland.
