Anyone willing to assist me in my submitting a FOIA to BEP?
I've read the process on BEP site for it, hoping for some tips from those with experience.

FYI:
Looking to determine the official disposition of the following $1 star note runs which were reported printed in the BEP reports, but none of which seem to exist in circulation:

Series 2017A
A 00 000 001* - A 03 200 000* 3,200,000 notes printed 12/01/19

Series 2013
F 09 600 001* - F 09 700 000 * 100,000 notes printed 08/01/16
G 03 200 001* - G 06 400 000* 3,200,000 notes printed 08/01/16
G 06 400 001* - G 09 600 000* 3,200,000 notes printed 08/01/16
K 16 000 001* - K 19 200 000* 3,200,000 notes printed 01/01/14

Not sure if one can ping forum members, or if this is how to do it, but would welcome the input of @SteveInTampa and @BadDog

I've submitted them in the past, I just followed the instructions on the BEP website.

Be sure and indicate that the request isn't personal but will be used for educational purposes/general currency collector's community knowledge (or whatever the current terminology is for the submission) and that your request shouldn't cost anything. As I recall, on my previous requests I indicated that I would be making the results available here in the Coin Forum for that purpose and the requests didn't cost me anything.

BTW just because a star note was printed doesn't mean it will ever make it to circulation. The BEP prints these so that they have them when/if they need them. Those 2017A * notes may not have been needed and may have been destroyed. As part of the request, I would specifically ask if the notes were destroyed.

Hope this helps.

If they have leftover sheets of star notes why destroy them? They could either sell them as uncut sheets or release them into circulation.
