Looks genuine to me, Weight is about right considering the wear. What is the edge lettering like? There are two varieties, with Secundo or Tertio (the second or third year of George IV's reign).

A British dealer would probably call this VG but I imagine it would grade higher in the USA. Still a nice problem-free coin with honest wear.

Looks OK to me. Tertio and Secundo edges are of about equal scarcity.
UK grading would be aF just, or VG if you are tough.
These early silver Crowns are surprisingly common. I guess a lot of them were stashed away as long term investments. Looking on ebay I think this one would make £40 to £50 there.
