Hello I'm new here, my name is Susan and I need some advice from more experienced people than myself. Is this an error or is it post damage?

Your photo is rather small and oriented sideways, but all I'm seeing is a lot of damage.

Not an error, it is heat damage.
In the future, please post photos of both sides, even if you think it is unnecessary.
