Not so sure about the RPM, but the doubling on the other devices looks like Machine Doubling.

I looked up the RPM on Variety Vista and found a marker on the reverse - a die crack on the wing of mine also. Also, Machine Doubling on a mintmark pre-1989 coin?

The Die Crack on reverse wing matches Variety Vista and so does the RPM

I do not know. While I see some MD on the devices, the RPM images look like a potential match to me. Variety Vista on the left, OP's on the right.

Yeah, it's a potential RPM match but who knows how the grading company will look at it. I want to grade it but a little hesitant.
