Was the 2010 Satin Finish Lincoln Cent made in the same composition that was used for the 2009 Satin Finish Cents? I believe the composition was described as identical to that of the 1909 Cents.

No. Only the 2009 cents from the uncirculated (satin) mint and proof sets were available in the original 95% copper composition.
