Do you think this is an error coin containing doubling on the date notably number 9 and as if there is a 4 under 5? Thx fir your help

I think it could be Machine Doubling.

No difference, still Machine Doubling.
Also if it was a Doubled Die, it would be a variety, not an error, big difference
