1906 IHC ANACS MS-60 RB "Weak Strike"? Not So Fast Says NGC

Hello Everyone! Last Spring I posted this coin, labeled by ANACS as "Weak Strike MS60", asking for opinions as to it is that, or is it an adjustment strike. I just received word from NGC that they have deemed it a Die Adjustment Strike. I think it's pretty rare with that determination...
