The obverse could be: 1971-S DDO-004, PR-4-O-V-CW from K-2 the 'S' in trust looks the same http://varietyvista.com/13%20Eisenh...1SDDO004.htm The 'S' looks pretty much like most of them on VV - we'll need more images of IGWT to better match it up...
