1991 penny with imprints that I am not sure how they got there. What my camera cant show is the you can see writing along the rim and looks like 1975 or 1990 imprinted on the shirt. Newbie trying to learn and any help would be appreciated!

I'm not really seeing anything that would confirm a "Vise job" so it may just be some well placed circulation damage causing Pareidolia.

As per posting instructions, do not use screen shots, they are too pixilated.
There is no writing on the rim, those are just scratches.
Also there are no dates on the shirt, where would they come from
when the coin was struck.

I'm trying to understand what can cause the damage so that I can identify it in future coins..

Circulation use causes damage. PMD can happen in many different ways. Just so you know, your coin isn't an error, or is showing any errors.

Thank you! I appreciate all the insight and links to the defininations. I wasn't sure if PMD meant it was caused by machine or person. The link helped me understand a bit better.

In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.
