Late last year I started a deal with a CCF member for some Vickie's, you can guess who that was, Okiecoiner. I wanted to upgrade to MS or AU but he didn't have any MS so we went with AU or XF. I also wanted to upgrade or fill in my 3 kids, Altogether I got about 50 coins from him. I'm still missing a few for the kids 1887-2, 1891-3 all the same, 1892- 4 all the same, 1895-1 Will post pics of some but 50 is a lot. I would like to say thank you to Okie (Bill) for doing this for me and also say I'm sorry it took so long to do this but I have been busy with the wife's medical situation. I will post 3 coins to start if anyone wants to see more then I will do so.    |

Bill is a stand-up guy with a ton of Vickies. You found a great collection to tap into! I have some of his coins here in Wisconsin.

But, for the last 2 years, I've been selling off most everything Vicky except for the scarcer ones. I used to have a little over 1000 1859's and now I'm down to less than 200. I've kept Griffin and Haxby above R-3 or with some multiples of the real scarcer one. A friend did it for me on his Facebook group and we both came out real well. There were many of higher grade that I couldn't give mcshilling because they had all gone to my seller. Anyway, any collector of Vickies is OK in my book.
