I'll say EF. Not sure if it has been cleaned or not. I see either die polishing lines or die flow lines on the reverse.

XF/EF, seems about right. I am with EV on the cleaning, but have to imagine it is more likely than not.

Your photos show well the level of circulation water to be in the XF40 range IMO.

But the photos are flat and lifeless with washed out surfaces so I cannot gauge the originality of the surfaces.

Lacking any other evidence I'm going with XF details cleaned.
