Looks like Die Cracks to me. I also see die polishing lines or die flow lines from a worn die.

So your telling me that where I point out tge wing the wing with feathers shaped like the top of the wing below it is a die crack?

Pictures aren't the best, but it could be a Die Crack near the wing near the E in EPU.

Pretty sure that's what he told you.
Your coin shows evidence of heavy die wear so cracks are an absolute possibility.
