Kind of a though one to grade - I'll give it the benefit of the doubt that it has subdued luster and go with a 63.

I like this one. The with cents makes it cool. Seems to me that this is at least XF.

looks like there may be some field discoloration at K4 obv. lighting may be obscuring it. several marks and small scratches in the center of the rev. if the skin is intact, MS63
