Found this coin in a coin roll hunt. Aside from the Doubling all over the coin, both Ob/Re there are what seems like "Bent", "Distorted columns. What is this called?

Usually that's from over polishing the dies.

EDIT: The insides of the bays is the same level as the fields of the die.

When I first saw it... WT wiped my eyes and looked again. I wasn't crazy. Should I send to get graded?

There is no reason to spend the money grading a common MS63 Lincoln Cent.

An over polished die issue. No, don't get it slabbed. Save your time and money. It's a common grade 1972 S. Most coins aren't worth getting slabbed, unless they're very valuable.

I think that it may be a common issue considering the following link and look at the Re images.

That's crazy, I went on ebay and alot of the cents have that wavy column. I never even noticed it before. It's actually harder to fine one with normal columns -
