Help!! I am unsure whether this is an actual strike-through with retained wire or just PMD. From the obverse, it looks like PMD to me, but it is the reverse that is giving me a hard time. I would like your honest opinions, please! If you could explain your reasoning, that would be great! I know the condition of the coin is not very good, but I am just interested in the strike through - if that is what it is.

This is a damage cent.
You can see on the reverse Where the 'E' of EPU would be is flattened, and it looks like the rim got sheared off and relocated. On the obverse, the rim is also damaged and the metal was squished down onto the field.
