It is 90% silver. In my opinion it has some circulation wear and dark spots. It does not have collector value. It's worth whatever the daily silver spot price is. Today it is worth about $21.80, .36169 troy ounce silver. The US Mint made many millions of them.

Not sure what it'll grade at, but it's only worth its silver melt value.
